            He is best able to provide on-point feedback if you are able to supply summary case materials such as photographs of the case vehicle(s) (preferably at the crash scene, and/or shortly thereafter); Police Report(s); summary medical records; and, other relevant summary materials as you may have.  A reasonable amount of materials can be sent by E-mail and bulkier materials can be sent over-land to Contact.

Mr. Biss will provide this no obligation initial case consultation with the understanding that any opinions and/or observations he may make during such an initial consultation are non-binding and are subject to review upon his retention and receipt of all relevant information.

 

            Specifically, Mr. Biss’ opinions will be general and not case specific until such time as he has inspected the case vehicle; and, he has had in-hand all available and relevant information for a minimum of ten [10] business days; or otherwise, a period of time necessary, at his sole discretion.

 

            If, in Mr. Biss’ opinion, he thinks that another expert has more on-point or more recent experience with a specific case issue, he will not hesitate to refer the inquiring client to such other expert in the interest of the most cost-effective investigation of the case.
